Attorney Benjamin Luftman appears on “Auto Smarts 4 U” Radio Show

Benjamin Luftman made a debut on the car radio show “Auto Smarts 4 U” on 1230 AM.  Auto Smarts 4 U is a broadcasting program that teaches consumers everything there is to know about vehicles.

During the program, Ben spoke on behalf of Luftman Heck & Associates on the effects of drunk driving, his opinion on the controversy regarding check points and the concepts he uses when defending his DUI/OVI clients.

Ben responds to a question on how to defend the “good guy” that only had a couple drinks by stating:
“I wish the good guy defense was a winner because believe me, I’d never lose a case”.

LHA Joins the 2010 Bowl for Kids’ Sake!

LHA will be participating in the 2010 Bowl for Kids’ Sake benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio!

This event will take place March 6, 2010 at the Columbus Square Bowling Palace.
We had such a great time fundraising and bowling in 2009 and are very excited to be participating again.
