Megan DiVincenzo

Attorney Megan DiVincenzo is a Warren, Ohio native. Ms. DiVincenzo attended law school at the University of Akron, where she initially developed a passion for criminal defense and focused her studies in that area.

After law school Ms. DiVincenzo moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. While in Cincinnati, Ms. DiVincenzo worked for the Butler County Public Defender’s Office as a staff attorney. Ms. DiVincenzo also successfully managed her own criminal defense firm. During that time, she gained valuable experience in litigating OVI/DUI and criminal motion hearings, as well as conducting criminal and OVI/DUI trials. Ms. DiVincenzo has always been a northern Ohio person at heart and when the opportunity presented itself, happily returned to Cleveland to be closer to her family.

Upon joining Luftman, Heck and Associates, Ms. DiVincenzo has continued to focus exclusively in the areas of criminal defense and traffic law, with an emphasis OVI/DUI defense. Ms. Divincenzo represents individuals charged with offenses ranging from minor traffic violations to major felonies daily throughout the greater Cleveland metropolitan area.

Ms. DiVincenzo has also appeared on Cleveland radio as a featured speaker on the topic of criminal and traffic law and OVI/DUI defense.  Stay tuned for her for continuing radio spots.
