David E. Byrnes

Attorney David Byrnes practice focuses primarily on consumer bankruptcy where he represents clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies in northern Ohio.

David is a Kentucky native with a Finance degree from the University of Utah. He was Vice President of a Title Insurance company and a small business owner before attending law school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. While in law school, David represented non-profit clients in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic and served as an intern to Chief Judge William T. Thurman, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah.

  • Kelly L. Wilson

    Associate attorney Kelly Wilson focuses her practice solely in the areas of criminal defense, OVI/DUI and traffic matters.  While in both private practice and as an associate attorney Kelly has represented clients throughout northern Ohio, including nearly every county and municipal court in the greater Cleveland and Akron Metropolitan areas.

    Kelly attended The University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  While at Mount Union she was the recipient of the McMaster Drushal Prize, awarded to the top scholar in the junior class, in addition to the John E. and Helen W. Saffell History Prize, Fishel History Prize and Glenn E. Scott Prize in Paleontology.

    Kelly was the recipient of a full tuition scholarship to Cleveland Marshall College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate, graduating magna cum laude.  While at Cleveland Marshall, she was a member of the Dean’s List during multiple semesters and served as a Managing editor and associate on Cleveland State Law Review.  Her note, Catching the Unique Rabbit: Why Pets Should be Reclassified as Inimitable Property Under the Law, was selected for publication.  She earned the Cali high “A” award in her Property and Antitrust Law courses.

    Kelly was also selected as a fellow in the Housing Court Law Clinic where she assisted persons charged with housing code violations by the City of Cleveland.  After passing the Ohio Bar Exam, Kelly clerked for a local attorney in private practice assisting him with all stages in the representation process.

Rebecca K. Hockenberry

Rebecca K. Bradley J. Groene

A native of Cincinnati, associate attorney Brad Groene focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense, OVI/DUI and traffic matters. Mr. Groene represents clients daily throughout the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area, including Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Warren counties, as well as the greater Dayton metropolitan area.

Mr. Groene graduated from Miami University receiving his Bachelors of Science in Business degree.  He then attended Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law where he acquired invaluable criminal defense experience interning at Hamilton County’s Public Defender for three years. While at the public defender, Brad wrote numerous successful motions and worked with attorneys hand in hand while in preparing a client’s defense.

Over his tenure as a defense attorney, Brad has successfully represented clients in charges ranging from serious felonies to speeding tickets. He dedicates his time to staying up to date on case law and most importantly communicating with his clients to achieve the results they deserve.

Paul S. Kuzmickas

Paul Kuzmickas is a highly experienced attorney, representing clients throughout Northern Ohio in the areas of Bankruptcy Law and foreclosure defense. D. Joseph Auciello Jr.

Associate attorney Joe Auciello focuses his practice solely in the areas of criminal defense, OVI/DUI and traffic matters. Joe represents clients daily throughout the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area, including Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Warren counties, as well as the greater Dayton metropolitan area.

Joe attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he was on National Moot Court teams. While in law school he gained invaluable firsthand experience as an intern at the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.

After passing the bar exam, Joe joined the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office where he gained significant experience defending OVI/DUI, traffic matters and criminal matters. Attorney Chase Mallory is a Pickerington native and graduated from Muskingum College, where he participated on the golf team and the NCAA Student Athletic Advisory Committee.

After college, Mr. Mallory attended the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and gained experience in criminal defense as a law clerk for Amendolara & Rafidi, LLC. He then joined the litigation group of the Columbus based firm, Maguire & Schneider. During his time at Maguire & Schneider, Mr. Mallory gained experience in both commercial litigation and criminal defense matters ranging from high profile white collar cases to OVI/DUIs and traffic violations.

Upon joining the law firm of Luftman, Heck & and Associates (LHA), Mr. Mallory has practiced exclusively in the areas of criminal and traffic law, with an emphasis on OVI/DUI and traffic defense.

Mr. Mallory enjoys litigating cases, both criminal and civil.  He has had OVI/DUIs dismissed entirely for clients after successfully winning contested suppression hearings.  He has received several not guilty verdicts from judges and juries in cases ranging from minor misdemeanor traffic offenses to serious criminal offenses. Mr. Mallory has also had a number of cases dismissed on Rule 29 motions during trial.
